It’s a Starbucks tradition like no other: the return of the coffee chain’s signature holiday drinks — and celebratory glasses.
Starbucks unveiled its holiday beverage menu on Thursday. The menu brings back classic drinks, including mint mocha, caramel brulee latte, roasted white chocolate mocha and chestnut praline latte.
The menu also features the return of seasonal coffees such as the Christmas Blend and the Holiday Blend.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Starbucks holiday cups, which were launched in 1997. The company will introduce four new cups to kick off the holiday season.
“We’ve always talked about cups as little gifts, and we hope they feel like a celebratory gift to our customers and business partners,” Starbucks chief creative officer Gary Jacobson said in a statement.

What’s on the Starbucks Holiday Menu?
This year’s menu will feature the return of several notable drinks, including Mint Mocha, Caramel Brulee Latte, Chestnut Praline Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and Cold Brew Irish Cream. Starbucks will also be bringing back the Iced Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte after introducing it last year.
Debuting this year is the Chocolate Pistachio Swirl, which Starbucks describes as “a creamy chocolate filling with hints of cinnamon and coffee, wrapped in butter.
A brioche-inspired dough with mint chocolate chips and topped with chopped pistachios.”
What about Red Cup Day 2022?
Starbucks has yet to confirm when it will host this year’s Red Cup Day, when the coffee chain will give away a limited-edition reusable red cup with a holiday or fall drink order.
Last year’s Red Cup Day took place on November 18, two weeks after Starbucks introduced its holiday drink menu.
