Jereh Showcases its Innovative ESG-Compliant Fracturing Technology at HFTC2023

HOUSTON, February 1, 2023 /PRNewswire/ – In line with the company’s trend of focusing on new technologies to replace old chips, Jereh presented its new chip solutions at HFTC 2023: Apollo – A unit that breaks easily and IntelliFrac – Electric fracturing unit, of smaller plants, are less expensive, and exhibit better performance by providing more horsepower per minute.

The oil and gas industry is facing increasing demands to increase efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint to address rising GHG emissions and be more sustainable. “Companies are starting to implement electric breakers or turbine breakers for breaking operations, and those who have made the change, have returned to diesel,” said Mr. Lloyd FussellJereh VP of Business Development, at SPE Tech Talk (https://streaming.spe.org/esg-focus-leads-to-technology-improvements2).

Since 2011, Jereh has been developing breakthrough equipment to facilitate the transition to clean energy sources and promote decarbonization while improving operational efficiency and reducing costs in the oil and gas industry. Jereh offers both direct fracturing turbine and electric fracturing equipment, the most innovative and ESG compliant equipment available today.

Electric power of Jereh, IntelliFrac, it is equipped with a 7000 HP plunger pump that increases the running time and creates high pressure for blasting operations. In addition, the electric equipment can adjust the injection rate and positive pressure since the electric engine replaces the diesel fuel system, maintenance costs and waste. Jereh’s IntelliFrac can be powered from the grid or from Jereh’s Power2Go, a Gas Turbine Generator Set that produces 33MW of electricity – used to power the ship’s fracking system with all electricity. Jereh has supplied more than 300 units of its electric spark plug technology worldwide.

The breaking point of Jereh, Apollo, can run on 100% natural gas or diesel. When fueled with 100% natural gas, it optimizes blasting operations by increasing efficiency and flexibility and reducing operating costs. The output power of the Apollo unit is equivalent to that of a 2500HP diesel engine. Using it in conjunction with a traditional diesel engine, Apollo lowers costs by reducing the operating footprint by 43% and offers more HHP.
