Building and inspiring community through the visual arts. The mission of SAGE Community Arts is one that I may be biased towards, but I truly believe in its essence. Our latest exhibit in the exhibit gallery is “Wyoming Waters: Small Works Watermedia.” This show is everything SAGE strives to achieve through our mission.

When preparing the call for art for the “Wyoming Waters: Small Works” exhibit, it was critical to have minimal restrictions for artists to submit artwork for the exhibit. The art call prospectus stated that the work, which must be created within the last two years, must be predominantly a water-based medium (watercolor, gouache, acrylic, etc.), not exceed 20 inches in height or width, including frame and that there were only 40 places available.
